Execution Story: For Sparco’s commercial building opposite Dow Medical, Prime Texture was commissioned to deliver a corporate-grade Granite Finish. The challenge lay in creating a stone-like texture that projected prestige while being more cost-effective and weather-resistant than natural stone. Using advanced application techniques, we achieved a high-end, polished look that elevated the building’s identity, making it a prominent landmark in Karachi’s bustling medical and academic district.
