Execution Story: During the early 2000s, as Gwadar was first rising to prominence as Pakistan’s new economic hub, Prime Texture was commissioned to finish the GDA headquarters. The site presented harsh challenges: coastal humidity, salt-laden winds, and heat that eroded most conventional surfaces. By applying our Color Creed texture with multilayer protective coatings, we created a vibrant yet durable façade. This project became one of the earliest architectural symbols of Gwadar, demonstrating our ability to deliver weatherproof finishes in emerging, high-profile developments.
